Following this Femern A/S has now concluded that continuing with the paused procurement is no longer viable. Femern A/S wishes to pursue the best overall value for the project and has determined this is best achieved by making a new call for competition. Such a new call for competition will e.g. allow Femern A/S to make needed changes in the tender material without consideration to the original tender material (e.g. award criteria, etc.).
