Aarhus ReWater — Process Consortium
In connection with the realisation of Aarhus ReWater, Aarhus Vand is in need of a process consortium to assist with the design of the process plant for the resource recovery plant (RRP).
The service to be provided by the process consortium includes the design of the design basis and the subsequent design of the total process plant (RRP). Focus is on creating a state-of-the-art resource facility with a high degree of flexibility and modularity. The RRP is to bee realiced through 2 turnkey contractors. The process consortium is therefor to bee transfer to the 2 turnkey contractor teams implementing the RRP (Waste water plant — 600 000 PE).

Section VII: Changes
Prior to expiry of the period within which pre-qualification may be applied for, Aarhus Vand has received a number of questions in respect of the contract documents.
Some of the said questions have resulted in changes being made to the contract documents, whereas the contents of the contract documents have been maintained in other areas.
The fact that the relevant provisions in the contract documents have been maintained for the time being does not mean that the provisions cannot be made subject to dialogue whether in the tendering phase or during the tender procedure including negotiation and consequently that changes to such provisions cannot subsequently be made.
If, despite this subsequent possibility of dialogue as to the contract documents, provisions in the contract documents (such as the contract documents appear at the time of the application for pre-qualification), including provisions in the draft contract included in the contract documents, imply that an undertaking does not wish to apply for pre-qualification, Aarhus Vand urges such an undertaking to inform Aarhus Vand of the terms in the basis of the tender which imply that the undertaking does not wish to apply for pre-qualification.
With a view to giving the potential tenderers the opportunity to make such a review and assessment of the contract documents, Aarhus Vand has also decided to extend the period allowed for applications for pre-qualification to the effect that the period will expire on 9.3.2020, 13.00 CET.
Section 10 of the tender document it is initially stated that the contracts will be awarded to the 2 tenders with the highest and second-highest total score.
However, it is clarified that Aarhus Vand A/S reserves the right to only select one winner if there is a significant difference between the two best offers. Should this occur, Phase 0 will be completed with only one process consortium.
