Titel: Market dialogue regarding the upcoming tender for Procurement of power line inspection of ground conductors (earths wires) crossing the Limfjord in Northern Denmark

Beskrivelse: Energinet Eltransmission A/S wants to make a purchase of a power line inspection of the ground conductors (earth wires) crossing the Limfjord in Northern Denmark. The Installation of the line detector is expected to be carried out by a work crew operating from a helicopter.

Yderligere oplysninger: Energinet Eltransmission A/S wants to make a line inspection assessment of the ground conductors crossing the Limfjord, in Nothern Denmark. The ground conductors (earth wires) crossing the Limfjord in Northern Denmark need to be condition-assessed. Therefore, it is necessary to visually inspect them for defects and measure whether they have lost cross-sectional area. The results must be compared with a corresponding new ground conductor of the same type. The method used must be non-destructive. The installation of the line detector is to be place on the ground conductors while the phase conductors are live, thus the work is required to be” live working”. The line detector must be suitable for operating voltages up to and including 400 kV and must be protected against the influence of magnetic and electric fields. Energinet assesses that the performance of the service requires insight and expertise in similar deliveries/tasks. Energinet Eltransmission A/S has considered dividing the upcoming tender into two Lots with the possibility to make a bid on one or both lots. Energinet Eltransmission A/S is interested in comments to this solution and if potential suppliers can provide a complete package, including helicopter with work crew as well as the line detector with delivering of report containing analysis results. For Lot 2, it is a requirement that the work crew understand and speak Danish. With this, preliminary notice, Energinet Eltransmission A/S aims to identify potential suppliers who could be interested in submitting a bid in the upcoming tender expected to be announced on udbud.dk in July/August 2025. (Requests for tenders, below the threshold value with clear cross-border interest, are announced on Udbud.dk.) Please complete Appendix 1: Response Annex (Doc. 25/04962-7) with your responses to the questions asked. Additional information: Answers given is not shared with other potential Tenderers but is used by Energinet to improve the tender material in relation to the upcoming tender. Energinet reserves the right to contact interested potential suppliers based on the feedback.
